Frazer Brent

About me:

In 2007, aged 18 I started rowing training as part of a UK wide search for future top athletes. In 2009 I was in the rowing 8 that won the Thames Cup at Henley Royal Regatta. In 2010 I won Bronze Medal at the U23 Rower World Championships in Brest, Belarus as well as representing GB Rowing at other U23 events. Seeing the benefits of extreme fitness in my own life after starting rowing training I got the necessary qualifications to share this with others. Having been coached by some of the best in the world in their area (mostly fitness and rowing) I recognize that effort and enthusiasm are important; but proper technique is vital. Proper technique also applies to the time outside the gym or exercise class. Mental approach, nutrition and rest are key aspects and I offer advice on these to my clients to help them get the best results from their efforts. Get down to Rumble in the Park Cobham and let's get you fit!
