Charlotte Hancock

About me:

I discovered my passion for fitness over 5 years ago when I started training with Frazer at Rumble in the park. From day one I was hooked and have been a regular ever since! My love for keeping fit and the friends I made along the way inspired me to qualify as a personal trainer earlier this year. Over the years I have competed in various fitness events including Mens Health survival of the fittest, Nuts Challenge and Tough Mudder. More recently I have started cross fit training and I hope to start entering competitive events this year. I have two fantastic boys, Samuel (6) and Josh (1). Being a mum of two I understand the importance of staying fit and healthy during and after pregnancy. I have enrolled in a pre and post-natal course and hope to specialise in this area of fitness. I also train young athletes at Star Cricket Academy, focusing on strengthening and conditioning to improve their performance as young cricketing stars. Encouraging children to remain fit and healthy and showing them how fun it can be is something I'm extremely passionate about.
